Chocolate pumpkin muffins

In bowl 

2 cups SR flour, 6 good tbsp cocoa, and up to 2 cups raw sugar

In jug

Cup milk (I use oat for DF), half a cup of oil (I use macadamia nut), two eggs (leave out for vegan), and a cup or so of extremely steamed pumpkin.

Whizz jug. Pour jug into bowl, mixing.

Into muffin tins (12 plus 6). Cook at 180 for 15-20 mins

Sprinkle  icing sugar. Fang.
